Didsbury Lettings Review - 4th March 2024

I can inform you that I first spoke with Ysanne (from Gascoigne Halman) on the 7th February 2024 about the leak. After previously speaking with Rebecca at the GH office on several occasions.

This only gives a little of the information that your require but I wish to confirm that Gascoigne Halman (Rebecca whom I first informed of the leak by telephone but can’t recall when) then Ysanne have been wonderful. They have been nothing but professional, courteous and helpful in trying to resolve this issue. Which if I were allowed to copy their emails and send you would prove this.

GH have a very good reputation locally for managing properties and if I were ever to let my property they would be the first people I’d call, as they have a team of repairers that also have an excellent track record.

I do wish I could help more by sending their replies and information of all they have done to resolve this issue so you can see how professional and courteous they truly are.
