In addition, we can assist builders and developers in their search for sites or indeed sell land on their behalf.

We have long standing relationships with many of the major Developers.   Our Land and New Homes team are able to assist with the sale of land.  Acquiring sites and dealing with the sale of new homes on their behalf.

The Department is headed by Michael Thompson a highly experienced residential agent with over 30 years' experience in the field of property sales, and who has a wide knowledge of new developments and the premium market place.

He works closely with our local experts across all of our 22 branch offices spread across South Manchester, North Cheshire & the High Peak. We believe that we can offer an unrivalled level of service in a fast moving and very active sector.
