We are currently recruiting for the following:

Sales Administrator - 1 x Sale (Part Time or Full Time) 

The successful candidate will have administrative experience, confident in dealing with clients, able to handle data securely, perform with a high degree of accuracy and be able to manage their time to work to specific deadlines. A friendly and professional manner is required, combined with enthusiasm, attention to detail and strong IT/administration skills.

The role will be varied covering purchaser and vendor data, property administration, marketing details, anti-money laundering processing, management of health and safety, handling sensitive financial information, general administration, and supporting our Sale team on a day-to-day basis.

Hours: Monday – Friday 9am to 5:30pm

Administrator / Data Processor - 1 x Knutsford (Part Time)

We are looking for a part time administrator / data processor to work within our Mortgage Services team. The position is initially offered based on 15 hours per week, although some additional hours may be required at certain times.

The role will be varied covering data collation, processing and preparing management reports, client data processing, general administration including holiday management and supporting other functions within the business.

We are looking for someone with administrative experience, within commuting distance of Knutsford, who is proficient in all the standard Microsoft Office functions but must have a good working knowledge of Excel. Due to the nature of the role and the data being processed the candidate must be able to handle data securely, is expected to perform with a high degree of accuracy and be able to manage their time to work to specific deadlines.

In return we can offer this position over two or three days per week, with flexibility of hours within a working day of 9am to 5.30pm. The working days however must be Wednesday to Friday.

Weekend Viewer / Negotiator - 1 x Bramhall (Part Time)

We're looking for a highly motivated Weekend Viewer / Negotiator to join our Sales team in our Bramhall branch.

Key responsibilities:

  • To carry out viewings in a professional and efficient manner
  • Diary management
  • Local knowledge of surrounding areas

Client Accounting Assistant

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:45am - 5.30pm

Key Activities:

  • Inputting rents
  • Processing landlord statements
  • Lodging deposits
  • Processing invoices
  • Ledger checking
  • Dealing with landlord / tenant / office accounting queries

Sales & Lettings Negotiator - Glossop

 

Hours: Monday – 37.5 per week

Key Activities:

  • Arranging viewings
  • Receiving feedback and taking initial offers
  • Obtaining valuations
  • Regular client contact
  • Applicant management
  • Administration including creating of sales brochures and set up of new files
  • New business generation & building local brand profile
  • Keep up to date with trends in the local residential property market
  • Nurture existing client and contact relationships
