Negotiator - 1 x Glossop, 1 x Stockton Heath

 Hours: 37.5 per week

Key Activities:

• Arranging viewings
• Receiving feedback and taking initial offers
• Obtaining valuations
• Regular client contact
• Applicant management
• Administration including creating of sales brochures and set up of new files
• New business generation & building local brand profile
• Keep up to date with trends in the local residential property market
• Nurture existing client and contact relationships

Sales Administrator - 1 x Macclesfield

Hours: 30 hours per week

• Client data management

• Supporting the Sales team and Branch Manager With Administrative Tasks
