Weekend Receptionist - Wilmslow (Part Time)

Key activities include…

  • Arranging viewings
  • Receiving feedback and taking initial offers
  • Obtaining valuations
  • Regular client contact
  • Applicant management
  • Administration including creating of sales brochures and set up of new files
  • Nurture existing client and contact relationships

Client Accounting Assistant

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:45am - 5.30pm

Key Activities:

  • Inputting rents
  • Processing landlord statements
  • Lodging deposits
  • Processing invoices
  • Ledger checking
  • Dealing with landlord / tenant / office accounting queries

Sales & Lettings Negotiator - Glossop

 Hours: 37.5 per week

Key Activities:

  • Arranging viewings
  • Receiving feedback and taking initial offers
  • Obtaining valuations
  • Regular client contact
  • Applicant management
  • Administration including creating of sales brochures and set up of new files
  • New business generation & building local brand profile
  • Keep up to date with trends in the local residential property market
  • Nurture existing client and contact relationships

Property Inspector - Wilmslow

Hours: Monday – Friday 37.5 per week

This position is exciting and varied working within a team. The role will include the following:

  • Supporting our 23 lettings offices with managing repairs
  • Offering our landlords and tenants exemplary customer service when dealing with all aspects of property management
  • Conducting routine property visits in and around our area
  • Learning the lettings process and legislation to ensure you can offer the best advice to our landlords

The successful candidate must have their own car and clean driving license. Experience in a customer service industry or lettings industry would be beneficial. This would suit an organised candidate who likes to be part of a team but is also happy working on their own when required, they must be IT literate to a basic level and have good attention to detail.
