From the moment I first walked in the door I was made to feel very at ease, I was very nervous and uncertain of my situation. Every single member of staff I have dealt with in the office Sarah, Sam, Debbie, Paula and of course Hayley made me feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble for them. They are without exception extremely professional, courteous and above all kind and are an asset to your company. The phone was always answered and email’s responded to, a thing of joy in this world to receive a very personal service. I was kept informed at every stage and felt very comfortable dealing with all of them. They are a truly special team, who made my journey back in to homeownership a reality, I cannot wait to move in.
